Bernadette Dezzara (born on February 28, 1948, in Ozone Park Queens New York) is famous as an American actress, singer and writer of children's stories. Her work spans more than five decades and includes the stage, television, solo concerts, and recording. She is among Broadway's most well-known performers. She was nominated in seven Tony Awards (winning two) and also winning the award of eight Drama Desk Awards.
